Connecting People and Purpose: The Catalyst’s Impact Connector

Every week, five organizations in the Tampa Bay area are highlighted through the Catalyst’s Impact Connector, which helps individuals find ways to contribute their time, talent, funding, items, or awareness to local nonprofits. This initiative is the perfect opportunity for those who want to give back and create a positive impact in the community.

Quarterly District Cleanup – March 29

First on the list is the Quarterly District Cleanup hosted by the EDGE Business District Association. Happening on Saturday, March 29, from 8 to 10 a.m., volunteers can come together to help beautify the neighborhood. You’ll want to meet in front of Flagship Bank at 965 Central Ave for check-in and a quick briefing before the cleanup begins. It’s a great way to enjoy the fresh air and meet like-minded individuals. Don’t forget to RSVP—this helps organizers prepare enough supplies and snacks!

Do Good Day – March 29, 2025

But wait, there’s more! Mark your calendar for Do Good Day, which will be returning on March 29, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ferg’s Sports Bar & Grill in downtown St. Petersburg. This event will feature around 35 local nonprofits in a career fair-style setup where community members can connect with organizations for volunteer opportunities. If you’re looking to make a difference, this is a fantastic event that brings everyone together!
