Transforming the Space

Now, you may be wondering what’s next for this big patch of land. The proceeds from this transaction will play a crucial role in renovating the existing 55,000-square-foot YMCA facility. The renovation plans are quite spectacular! They include relocating the athletic fields, installing brand-new artificial turf, enhanced lighting, and updating the locker rooms.
