She is survived by six children: Stephanie Cartier (Mark) of Lincroft, NJ; Melanie Colucci of Manalapan, NJ; Kirsten Rennard (Sam) of Red Bank, NJ; Blythe Aylward (Mike) of Sydney, Australia; Greg Koslowski of Boca Raton, Florida; and Jessica Garita (Kali) of Red Bank, NJ. Additionally, Sandy was a proud grandmother to 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Her dog, a beloved dachshund named Roxie Doxie, was always by her side and is also remembered fondly by her family. Sandy was well-known for her explosive humor, leaving many with memories of her infectious “Bloody Mary” laugh.
Passions and Contributions
Sandy Koslowski was deeply passionate about various art forms, including crocheting, watercolor painting, floral arranging, and singing. For over two decades, she shared her love for singing as a member of the Monmouth Civic Chorus, with which she traveled to Europe, performing in different countries. In her later years, she continued her musical journey by joining the Voices of Grace at St. Mary’s Our Lady of Grace in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Legacy and Remembrance
She was laid to rest in a private service on September 26, 2025, in New Jersey, next to her husband of 54 years, Teddy. The Koslowski family has planned a celebration of life for Sandy, scheduled for 10 a.m. on November 14, 2025, at St. Mary’s Our Lady of Grace in St. Petersburg, Florida, and all are welcome to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to No Limits Cafe, located at 418 Hwy 35, Red Bank, NJ, 07701, an organization that was meaningful to Sandy.
