The iMAGiNE NATiON Exhibition at Creative Pinellas has been extended until August 10 and features artist iBOMS exploring themes of the Black experience. Meanwhile, the Brenda McMahon Art Gallery is calling for entries for a juried group exhibition titled “What does democracy look like?”, which will run from July 1 to August 30.

Sports and Recreation

On May 17, the Tampa Bay Rowdies will compete in a soccer match at Al Lang Stadium starting at 7:30 p.m. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy this community sporting event.

Dogs and their owners can look forward to the Dog Bar Prom on May 18 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Dog Bar St. Petersburg, a unique event focused on the furry companions. Weekly Activities

In addition to special events, several weekly activities are scheduled, including the Keep Calm, Carry Yarn knitting and crochet group every Tuesday at Gulfport Public Library at 10:15 a.m. and Gulfport Food Forest Gardening assistance every Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to noon at Clymer Park.
