Plans for 103,000 square feet of retail space and 44,000 square feet of office space are in the works, along with a congregant living center. However, it looks like the hotel will now take the spot originally designated for that living center.

The mastermind behind this exciting development is Archer Capital Group, which has been making waves in the hospitality industry. They are under contract for 2.25 acres of the Groves at Town Center site, sourcing the property from Solar Sportsystems.
