The company has signed a lease for approximately 110,000 square feet of office space at 570 Carillon Parkway, where it aims to create 150 high-paying jobs with an average annual salary of $120,000.
The relocation marks a major investment for Foot Locker, as it plans to occupy the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors of the 570 Carillon building, which has recently undergone extensive renovations. Previous tenants of the space include Protect My Car and Tata Consulting Services. The company will lease the facility for a period of 11 to 13 years.
The City of St. Petersburg has approved an incentive package of up to $475,000 to support Foot Locker’s relocation. In addition to the job creation, Foot Locker has committed to investing at least $20 million in its new headquarters. The move is projected to contribute $18 million to local payrolls and generate an estimated $37 million in economic impact for the area.
Foot Locker currently operates a corporate office just two miles away at 140 Fountain Parkway North and boasts a global presence with approximately 2,600 stores across 26 countries.
Alongside Foot Locker’s expansion, another significant development is underway in St. Petersburg as Dynasty Financial Partners, a wealth management services company, prepares to move its headquarters to a new location. Dynasty has signed a 15-year lease for 45,000 square feet in a 46-story mixed-use tower located at 400 Central Avenue, which is scheduled to open by November 2026.
The new headquarters for Dynasty will feature a private entrance, a rooftop terrace venue, a trading floor, a content studio, and training and meeting centers, accommodating a workforce of up to 300 employees. Presently, Dynasty employs 165 people. The 400 Central development, which will include 301 luxury condominiums along with ground-floor retail and restaurants, promises modern office spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows.
