LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Three sons of former NBA All-Stars put their stamp on the USC season opener Monday night, as the No. 21 Trojans ran away from Milwaukee 95-63 at the Galen Center.

Freshman forward Adonis Ratliff scored a game-high 25 points in his college debut, hitting 5 of 7 from beyond the arc. His twin brother, 7-foot center Darius Ratliff, added 14 points and blocked five shots. The twins are sons of former NBA center Theo Ratliff.

Sophomore guard Alijah Arenas, son of Gilbert Arenas, had 21 points, a game-best eight rebounds and two steals in what is his first full season after an injury pushed back his start a year ago.

Rodney Rice, back on the floor for the first time since a shoulder injury ended his 2025-26 season early, scored 15 points and handed out nine assists. Georgetown transfer KJ Lewis gave USC 10 points off the bench.

USC never trailed. The Trojans held Milwaukee without a point for nearly seven minutes in the first half, turned a 19-7 edge into a 21-2 run and led 46-29 at the break. USC made 12 of 22 three-point tries and assisted on 25 of its 33 baskets.

Milwaukee shot 37% from the field and hit 6 of 23 from deep. Amare Hereford led the Panthers with 14 points off the bench, and Tre Norman scored 13.

Forward Jacob Cofie played just over nine minutes before back spasms sent him to the bench for good. Coach Eric Musselman, now 10-1 in season openers, takes USC to the Caesars Lake Tahoe Classic in Nevada next, where the Trojans face Wichita State on Sunday.
